Super tasty, original Italian cuisine

The third time, it was not good ... the mask requirement is not fully observed ... the food is not really good; the young man he serves seems a bit neglected - sorry :( .. Excellent cuisine is different ... Wines are way too expensive ... I won't be back; there is enough good Italian cuisine.

The small, fine restaurant in a beautiful location on the Untermarkt impresses with its family-friendly service and selected Italian cuisine. If you want to eat pizza, you may be happy elsewhere, the culinary arts are especially fond of pesce and pasta. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality.

Very good, tasty food. Sympathetic, attentive waiter. Filled tortelloni and panna cotta for dessert ... a dream.

Unfortunately, the food didn't taste good - the salad wasn't dressed and only the breading was very lightly seasoned with the fish. But were served friendly

The food is delicious. We ordered octopus and sea bream with tagliatelle and truffle, highly recommended. The best Italian that I had in Germany by far. The food was delicious (octopus and fish with tagliatelle and truffles).

Pizza sensationally delicious! Located in the romantic old town, a nice place to enjoy the evening in peace.

Good wines, good food, we felt very comfortable

We ate here with friends because of a recommendation and the good reviews, unfortunately we cannot share the enthusiasm at all. On arrival we were asked several times by different conditions whether we had really made a reservation. Until we could finally choose a table across the street. The table was dirty. We asked the waitress to wash the table. The waitress picked up our drinks. The service left a lot to be desired. Then another waitress came. She also wanted to take our drinks. Apparently one does not know what the other is doing there. We had already given up our drinks. Then we were able to place our food order after almost 20 minutes. The food consisted of 4 unspectacular pasta dishes. We waited for that for over 1 hour. My food was cold. I had salmon noodle. The pasta should be filled with salmon. But there was ricotta in it. For this serving. Of which I, as a woman, who actually doesn't do much, didn't even get full, cost 14 euros, is pretty outrageous. In addition, the food was unseasoned. The demand for a new drink order did not come. Finally, after a perpetual waiting period, we asked for the bill. A young waitress came. We wanted to pay separately. We had to "calculate" our bill ourselves because the waitress was apparently unable to add 2 drinks and 2 pasta dishes together. This was our first and last visit.

We went to eat there because of all the good reviews, unfortunately we can not understand all the good reviews. Previously we had reserved for 7pm when we got there we got a table that was dirty and was only cleaned after repeated inquiries. All well and good we got the tickets and it took ages for us to place our order. It was really not much going on, we just wanted to go out for a meal and then go to a bar where you currently have to reserve a table, which we finally lost due to the long waiting time. After an hour of waiting we politely asked where our food was because the tables that came after us all had their food. I was told in 20 minutes. In the end it was 2 hours until we had our meal and it was still cold! We weren't even asked if we wanted to drink again. It was absolutely a bad service that a service person had while she brought our food over the phone on her private cell phone. A no go. We will not come again!

Pretty little family business in the heart of Gelnhausen. The restaurant is located directly on the Untermarkt and you have a nice view of the city center. I have been living in Gelnhausen many times since and have not been disappointed so far. Especially recommended are the pasta dishes and the meat plate. The various appetizers are highly recommended! The ingredients are usually very fresh and the dishes prepared with love. There are regularly changing day passes and special offers. The service is usually relatively fast. As a family business in any case better than many other Italians in Gelnhausen. Since the space is unfortunately limited, it is worth reserving early. However, the nice employees find there also places when it first appears full. For me in any case recommendable.

I think this is the fourth business in this location I've eaten at and this is the best yet. The food is excellent and the service is both fast and friendly. It would be a good idea to make a reservation before your night out because there's not a whole bunch of seats available.
